Founded in 1943, Hi TecMetal Group, Inc [HTG], provides a variety of heat-treating services to the aircraft, agriculture, automotive, earthmoving equipment, high performance racing, military and tooling industries. HTG, Inc. has earned a solid reputation for quality and service, working closely with both OEM's and Tier One Suppliers.

HTG specializes in thermal processing of metal parts for a variety of industries, ranging from critical components for aircraft to high volume parts for the automobiles. Thermal processes, such as heat treating, relieve stresses within fabricated metal parts and improve their overall strength, ductility and hardness.

Through our six facilities, we have the expertise and equipment to handle demanding project requirements and materials that include, but are not limited to aluminum, titanium, carbon steels, alloy steels, cast irons, tool steels, corrosion resistant steels and stainless steels.

HTG performs the following Heat Treating Processes:

Annealing

Brazing (atmosphere, induction, torch & vacuum)

Carbonitriding (with direct quench or chamber cool)
